Delivery Information

Target Dates
You can select your preferred "target date" for delivery. While courier delays are rare, we recommend choosing a date 1–2 days before your special occasion to ensure your Cake Card arrives on time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we proudly deliver across North America.

Important Notes

• Delivery Dates/Times: Exact delivery dates & times cannot be guaranteed although we do our part to ship out your packages on time.
• Where the Package Is Left: If you choose Canada Post Xpresspost, we specify Front Door as a preference, however if no one is home to receive the delivery, it will be left in the mailbox and the email address on file will receive the delivery notification. If you choose Purolator (recommended as they are more reliable), they will deliver to your front door, however if there is no safe place to leave it they will take it to a Purolator locker. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS GIVEN AT CHECK OUT.
• Responsibility: Once the package is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for delays. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR ANY DELAYS OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES GIVEN TO US.
• Non-Refundable: Delays, incorrect addresses, or package returns are non-refundable. This includes delays for Special Events & Holidays.
• Saturday Delivery: If you are looking for a Saturday delivery, please contact us for a custom quote, OR order for the Thursday/Friday instead (recommended).
